Loading Concentrate Into Evolve Plus XL

To clean the exterior of the Evolve Plus XL use a cloth to wipe off and dirt or accumulated grime. For the dry herb and concentrate atomizers, we recommend employing the powers of a q-tip or swab lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol to gently rub off any accumulated materials.

Evening I recently purchased a Evolve plus xl teal dab vape, first rig to be exact but nonetheless was really surprised how well the device performs and the looks is exactly what I’m looking for seeing how I’m always on the move but one major I just recently experienced was that the mouth piece started to get retail heat alil too much and eventually causing the outer teal case too come loose from its groves and casting a yellowish ring around the mouth piece, I honestly could get over the mouth piece part but the fact that it now separates and also has the yellow ring kinda annoys me and there’s no exchange and I’ve missed placed the receipt somewhere at home but have screenshots the date before purchasing to reference the purchase date, I’ve spoken to the salesman and he advise me me to go on yo can service site and reach out explaining the situation and show pics because the warranty in the box states that yo can will replace the item If damaged before the 3 month mark. I enjoy the product wish it was the Elvolve plus 2 - 1 xl like the salesman said seeing how I use dry herb and wax but definitely awesome product Yocan! Can you please help?
